Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use AIR Checkout, run a Free Scan, purchase an A$29 Snapshot, access its hosted report, or use a separately agreed audit or implementation service.
1. The services
Am I Recommended? provides AIR Checkout and AI visibility products.
AIR Checkout lets an authorised merchant create a payment request for USDC on Solana Mainnet, display or share that request, and have AIR independently check public blockchain evidence for the expected payment. Customer funds move directly from the customer's wallet to the merchant's verified receiving wallet. AIR does not take custody of the payment, sign the payer transaction or exchange AUD and USDC.
Free Scan is a 3-question preview. The A$29 Snapshot (Full AI Visibility Report) tests 10 questions across two providers, OpenAI + Gemini, for 20 observations when complete. These are analytical information products, not advertising placement or implementation services.
The A$249 Pro AI Visibility Audit is a 40-question, evidence-checked service available as a one-off Stripe purchase. AIR checks the business details after purchase and may contact you if clarification is needed. Direct-order Snapshot and Pro Audit reports pass evidence-quality checks before AIR sends the completed PDFs from support@amirecommended.com.au to the email entered at Stripe checkout. Reports are not sent instantly on payment; incomplete or failed checks are held for investigation. Fix My AI Visibility remains separately scoped by enquiry; Fix work, access, price and any later retest are agreed before implementation.
The services do not provide legal, financial, tax or accounting advice.
2. AIR Checkout merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for using a receiving wallet you control, protecting your wallet credentials and recovery material, checking that the wallet supports the relevant network and token, and confirming the sale details before creating a payment request.
Never provide AIR with a wallet seed phrase, private key or wallet password. AIR may ask you to sign a wallet-ownership message; that signature is used to verify control of the receiving address and does not authorise AIR to move funds.
Blockchain transactions are public and may be irreversible. A customer's wallet controls transaction approval and any network fee. AIR may refuse to mark a payment as paid where the amount, token, destination, reference, timing or blockchain evidence does not match the request exactly.
3. AIR Checkout amounts, availability and fees
Where a sale is entered in AUD, AIR uses a fresh external USDC/AUD reference rate to calculate the requested USDC amount. The reference rate is for checkout calculation only; AIR does not provide an exchange service. If a valid fresh rate is unavailable, AIR may refuse to create the payment request.
AIR's transaction fee is 0%. External wallet, Solana network, infrastructure or other third-party fees may apply.
Published AIR Checkout plans are Starter at A$9/month and Business at A$29/month. Launch access is currently invite-only while live subscription billing is activated. When paid subscription checkout is available, the price, billing period and any applicable cancellation terms shown at that checkout apply.
4. AIR Checkout refunds and payment disputes
Because customer USDC is paid directly to the merchant's wallet, AIR cannot reverse or automatically refund a completed blockchain payment. If a merchant agrees to refund a customer, the merchant must authorise the refund from a wallet it controls. AIR may prepare a transaction request and record or verify resulting blockchain evidence, but AIR does not sign or broadcast the merchant's wallet transaction on the merchant's behalf.
Customers should contact the merchant first about the underlying sale, goods, services or refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Point-in-time AI visibility results
AI systems, public web content, provider models, search grounding and business information can change. A report reflects the checks performed at the time shown in the report and may not reproduce later.
Scores are based on the methodology described in the report. They are not market share, customer sentiment, search volume or a universal ranking.
6. Your inputs
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for having authority to submit any information you provide. Do not submit unlawful content, confidential information you are not authorised to disclose, or information intended to impersonate another person or business.
7. AI visibility purchases
Snapshot is A$29 once and Pro AI Visibility Audit is A$249 once, as shown at their Stripe checkouts. Neither is a recurring subscription. AIR Checkout POS monthly plans are separate services.
Audit purchases are processed by Stripe. A Snapshot unlocked after a completed Free Scan is tied to that specific scan and may have a hosted report link. Direct Stripe Snapshot and Pro orders instead collect business details and email at checkout so AIR can prepare, quality-check and email the completed PDF report to the verified purchaser email. Keep your order email and payment confirmation; direct orders are not instant online report downloads.
Clicking the direct Stripe Buy button opens an actual, one-off purchase for the selected audit. Sending a separate Fix My AI Visibility enquiry does not initiate that implementation or charge you. If AIR cannot reasonably fulfil a paid audit, contact support so the order can be reviewed and refunded where appropriate.
8. Report access
Completed Snapshot reports may be made available through a secret hosted link for a limited period, generally up to 12 months after completion. You are responsible for keeping that link private if the report contains information you do not want shared.
You should save or print the PDF copy if you want a permanent copy. We do not promise indefinite hosted access.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the services to:
- attack, overload, scrape or probe the service in a way that interferes with normal operation;
- bypass rate limits, access controls, subscription checks or payment verification;
- submit malicious code or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
- use AIR Checkout to facilitate unlawful or deceptive transactions;
- use reports to misrepresent the service as providing guaranteed rankings or endorsements; or
- use the services for unlawful, deceptive or abusive conduct.
10. Intellectual property and permitted use
The services, branding, software, report format and methodology are owned by or licensed to Am I Recommended?. You may use AIR Checkout for your authorised business operations and may use, save and share a report you lawfully purchased for your own business, advisory or internal decision-making purposes.
You must not resell or misrepresent the services, remove report context in a way that makes a report misleading, or claim that a report is an endorsement by OpenAI, Google, Gemini, Solana or any other third party.
11. Availability and third-party services
The services depend on third-party systems including hosting, Solana network infrastructure, wallet software, market-rate sources, AI providers, payment processors and public web sources. Temporary outages, provider changes, congestion, timeouts or incomplete source availability may occur.
If AIR cannot verify a checkout payment safely, it may pause or fail closed rather than mark the sale paid. If a paid AI visibility report cannot be completed, contact support and we will investigate the existing payment and report state.
12. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business decisions, lost opportunities, changes in third-party AI responses, wallet errors, third-party network availability or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Any limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
15. Changes
We may update these terms as the services change. The current terms published on this page apply to future use from the date shown above. Changes do not remove rights that already arose under applicable law.
